The Appointment Scheduler will be responsible for registering and scheduling inpatient and outpatient procedures and surgical appointments for patients, clinics, physicians, and staff in a courteous and efficient manner. Customer and quality service are the main objectives.
This positon is a full-time Appointment Scheduler opportunity based at our Corporate Office in Woodbury, MN. Monday - Friday - day hours. 8:00am - 4:30pm. (subject to change)

High School or better in
1 year: Scheduling experience is required. Previous specialty clinic scheduling is strongly preferred. Excellent customer service, phone etiquette and attention to detail required.
