The Director of Clinic Support Services and MOH provides leadership and general management oversight for the Scheduling/Registration, HIS, in addition to the Minnesota Occupational Health Division. He/she is responsible for the overall performance and teams within these services/departments with the goal of strategic initiative achievement and continuous progression toward the Summit’s vision.

The Director of Clinic Support Services and MOH is responsible for the implementation and measurement of performance, processes, procedures, services, and personnel. This includes, but not limited to, the recommendation of strategy for short- and long-term success, employee engagement, turnover, financial results, patient satisfaction, compliance and quality.

The Director will provide both internal and external facing leadership and interpersonal competencies. This will include opportunities to refine, evolve, develop, and grow business opportunities and relationships.

Requirements
Minimum five (5) years of clinic management experience required. Minimum of seven (7) years progressive leadership experience required.

Bachelor’s Degree in business or health-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master’s in Healthcare or Business Administration preferred.
