The Receptionist is responsible for greeting customers, employees and guests. Receives and distributes internal and external mail and incoming package deliveries. Will provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.

 Greet patients, employees and customers warmly and courteously as they arrive, checking them in to notify the physician team that they have arrived.
 Provides back up telephone support to the main switchboard.
 Preparation of interoffice mail bins for morning pick-up and delivery to clinic locations.
 Receives payments from patients.
 Sorting and stocking of corporate office supplies.
 Processes patient credit card payments.
 Scanning end of month financials
 Coordinates with mail supplier related to any returned mail or problems with bulk mailings.
 Provide administrative and project support to corporate office departments.
 Distribute couriered mail, postal mail and faxes.
 Maintain a clean and organized lobby.
 Other duties, as assigned.

This role will job share and the schedule will be 2 full days per week. The days of the week will vary. Occasional opportunity for additional hours will be available.
