The yoga instructor will be responsible for instructing yoga classes across all ages, populations, and ability levels. Design and implement a variety of class formats. Engage members in other wellness services.

Instruct group yoga classes for all populations and ability levels
Create a safe, fun and welcoming environment for all class participants
Design and implement class formats
Work with the Wellness Coordinator to bring forward ideas for new class ideas
Inspire participants to lead an active and healthy lifestyle
Clean and organize studio after class completion

Requirements
High school diploma or GED required.
To instruct yoga, a 200 hour yoga certification backed by Yoga Alliance is required.
Must have experience teaching Yoga Sculpt and Core Power
AED/CPR and First Aid certifications.
Previous experience instructing yoga classes strongly preferred
Patient care focus, energetic, with a strong commitment to customer service.
Ability to multi-task.
Must have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge to utilize the appropriate universal precautions and personal protective equipment, as needed.
Must be confidential in all business-related matters and be knowledgeable in HIPAA regulations.
Capable of relating to diverse age, demographic, and cultural backgrounds.
Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently.
